Rockstar Games GTA 6 Trailer was amazing. Rapper T-Pain reveals he was banned from GTA RP by it after working on GTA 6. Rapper Faheem Rashad Najm, better known by his stage name T-Pain, discloses that before starting work on Grand Theft Auto 6, he was involved in the GTA RP community.
The rapper, who is well-known for his autotuned hits from the 2000s, like “Buy U A Drank,”. “Then I started working on GTA 6,” he says, “and they told me I couldn’t do RP anymore.” Rockstar Games GTA 6 Release Date is confirmed in 2025.
According to Najm, used a musical metaphor to explain the situation: “You know, what if somebody took your album and rerecorded it – and more people were listening to that.” With a chuckle, Najm wraps up the tale by mentioning that the studio later bought the modding team responsible for FiveM and RedM, the server systems that house these roleplay communities.

It’s new that Najm is playing in Grand Theft Auto 6. But the rapper didn’t say what his part in the game will be. Perhaps the radio stations will play a few of his hits. Or perhaps he is more prevalent in some way. Najm’s participation makes sense given that the Vice City setting of the game parodies his birth and upbringing in Florida.
